Photo Processing and Data Handling

  • User Ownership: You retain all rights to photos, metadata, and notes you upload.
  • Licenses: You grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store uploads solely to provide the services you request.
  • Controls: You can delete photos, reports, and workspaces; deleted content is removed from active systems within 30 days, subject to legal obligations and backups.
  • Confidentiality: We safeguard your content per our Privacy Policy and do not share private uploads with other customers without your direction.
  • Training Data: We do not use customer content to train external AI models without an explicit opt-in agreement.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

  • Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or our posted refund policy.
